Upfest (Urban Paint Festival) is a contemporary freestyle art event, bringing together an eclectic mix of local, national and international artists in support of a locally run charity with national coverage.
Another easy project to work on – interesting people, incredible graff work and a worthwhile charity NACOA. In addition to Google Calendar driven events and Web Album photo galleries, Upfest also utilises Google Blogger and employs PayPal’s basic shopping cart offering. Tools were chosen for the client that best fit their needs, everything else was packaged in an easy to use CMS.

- Photo galleries – Utilising Google Picasa’s simple Web Albums functionality to allow the client to populate their site’s photo galleries.
- Blog – Building the Blog on the back of the already mature and robust Google Blogger.
Fun bits
- Drop shadows – always fun, the sheer volume of them and how best to go about it was an interesting couple of hours.
